Our client, a local law firm, were looking to expand, however due to their remote location the business was struggling to recruit legal staff for their team.

A&C’s legal recruitment expert, Sarah Duckworth, managed the process on behalf of the business including research, sourcing and shortlisting candidates for interview.

Following a successful interview process, three candidates were offered positions with one now having recently qualified as a solicitor.
