The Role
As the Wedding & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless planning and execution of weddings and events, delivering exceptional experiences for every client. Your role will include:
- Managing wedding & event bookings from enquiry to completion
- Conducting show rounds and building relationships with clients
- Overseeing event operations to ensure smooth delivery on the day
- Handling contracts, invoices, and payments efficiently
- Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
- Identifying opportunities for new business and staying ahead of industry trends
- Organising marketing initiatives, including wedding showcases
About You
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented professional with:
- Proven experience in wedding & event planning (ideally in a hospitality setting)
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and client relationship-building abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Guestline/Sage experience is a plus)
