Sous Chef

£17 - 19 per hour

Adkins and Cheurfi Recruitment are expanding their relief team and are looking for motivated, passionate chefs of all levels to come on board. 

As the leading hospitality agency in the North East we supply a diverse range of clients locally from contract catering sites, hotels, restaurants, care homes, schools & more. We offer very competitive rates paying up to £17 per hour plus holiday pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Food preparation.
  • Stock control.
  • Cooking food from scratch using fresh ingredients.
  • always Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring food hygiene procedures are being followed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years chef experience required.
  • Current level 2 or above in Food Hygiene
  • Must have own knives and whites.
  • Driving license is desirable due to some locations being remote.
  • Passionate about producing great quality food & service to clients.
