A&C Recruitment are currently hiring for a Restaurant Manager within a 4* Hotel in County Durham.

General Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the venue’s Asian Fusion inspired restaurant. You will lead, train and develop the team to deliver service at the highest possible standards, ensuring our clients and guests receive the highest level of customer service, so they come back time and time again.
You will be responsible for increasing revenue, checking and monitoring departmental forecasts to ensure that they are in line with set budgets. Overall the goal is to maximise sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Additionally the role will involve assisting the General Manager with the smooth running of the day to day operation of the hotel as and when required.
The perfect candidate will:
- Have experience in working in a similar role, within a 4/5 star luxury hotel
- Deliver the highest levels of standards in a fast paced environment
- Have a proven track record of exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal & relationship management expertise.
- Have the ability to develop & maintain strong and effective relationships with a wide range of people
- Have a passion for hospitality, exceeding customer’s expectations and personally making a real difference to their experience.
Salary £25-£35k depending upon experience
