Your main responsibilities will include:

• Cooking food to order from specific menus
• Managing the kitchen during the head chefs absence
• Assisting with stock ordering and stock checks
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Adhering to all health and hygiene procedures within the kitchen
• Food labelling

Requirements and skills needed:

• DBS
• Double vaccinated
• Ability to work along side a team
• Knowledge of health and hygiene with in the kitchen.
