Recruitment Resourcer Sunderland

Looking to recruit a resourcer to join a busy Sunderland recruitment team in assisting the experienced recruiters in their day to day role.

Open to full time or part time work with possible flexibility on working hours if required.

Main Responsibilities;-

• Candidate sourcing 
• Build a strong a candidate database 
• Source, screen and match candidate to our client needs 
• Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with candidates  
• Take job briefs
• Evaluate candidate strengths versus client requirements 
• Close and sell candidates on the positions that are the best fit for them 
• Manage interviews and aftercare

Will have the opportunity to be a 360 recruiter if successful in initial position.
