Legal Assistant/Adminsitrator Gateshead
Looking toi recruit an experienced Legal Assistant to work within an extremely busy Law Firm offering all general office administration support mainly to the Family Team.
Main Responsibilities:-
Managing data/records
• Understanding and utilising basic financial information including bills to clients Assisting with the inception, progress and completion of client files
• Communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing
• Practice good file management – prepare and collate bundles, take and file accurate notes, close and review files, maintain databases, version control
• Establish and maintain effective and professional relations with clients, referrers and other people
