Land Registry Assistant South Shields 

We are looking for an experienced Land Registrations Assistant to join our busy conveyancing team. This role is a vital part of our post completion conveyancing process.

Main Responsibilities:-

  • Preparation and submission of all Land Registry applications including first registrations and lease extensions, ensuring they meet compliance standards.
  • Communicating effectively with the conveyancing team to resolve any queries relating to registrations.
  • Monitoring the progress of registrations and updating relevant parties on their status.
  • File closing and archiving.

The successful candidate will have:-

  • Prior experience in residential property/conveyancing is essential.
  • Proficient with Word and Legal case management systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Operates effectively as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritise own work with minimum supervision.
