Role/Responsibilities
- Junior Sous Chef who can cook Italian style dishes to a high standard
- Ability to work with a large team
- Responsible for ensuring all health and hygiene standards are met and records are kept up to date
- Liaise effectively with Head Chef and senior team members to ensure a smooth service and running of the kitchen
- Manage own section
Person Specifics
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Passionate about cooking and providing an excellent customer service experience
- Must be able to multi-task and manage well in stressful situations
- 3+ year CDP Experience or 1+ Year Junior Sous experience working within a high volume busy kitchen
