We are looking for an experienced Hotel Sous Chef to join our team
We have a temporary contract available for an experienced sous chef working in a hotel kitchen for the summer starting 1st June – 31st August with the potential to be extended.
Working 48 hours 5 days per week. You must be able to work weekends.
Reporting to head chef.
Skills/Experience Required
- Fine Dining
- Conference & Banqueting
- Must be able to work all sections of the kitchen
- Experienced in managing kitchen in Head chefs absence
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactive
Own transport is essential
