A&C Recruitment are actively recruiting a Front of House Supervisor to assist with Event check-ins as our busy Summer Event season approaches!

About the role:

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will act as an extension of the office management team, overseeing busy event staff check-ins to ensure that staff arrive at site on time, uniform standards are adhered to and staff are organised and ready to work. You will also be expected to work at our events in a supervisory role to assist with any issues that may arise on site and feedback to our Front of House Recruitment Consultant.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in Bar or Hospitality management / supervisory experience and will have a passion for all things hospitality & events. You will be organised, timely and confident when dealing large groups of people. You will be friendly, approachable, proactive and remain calm under pressure. You will also need to hold a UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle. You will need to be available to work weekends when applicable.

Perks of the role:

£11.00 per hour minimum, weekly pay each Friday & holiday pay accumulation. You will get to work at a wide range of events across the North East of England and beyond, including Race Days & meets, Golf Championships, Festivals and other events!
