Employment Law Solicitor Hull 

Private Client Solicitor Newcastle Upon Tyne 

Looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor must be 2 years PQE. This role would be a full time role however gives the opportunity of home working also with a split of 3 days office & 2 days home. 

Main Responsibilities:- 

• Managing your own caseload of employment matters, with support within the team, providing high levels of client care and quality service to build the brand and profile of the department and firm.
• You will run your own caseload of employment matters including contentious Employment Tribunal and non-contentious advisory work for both employer businesses and employees. 
• You will work with clients in person, and remotely and attend Employment Tribunal and Court venues when required.
• You will communicate internally with the employment team, support staff and finance department and externally with clients and other third parties as required.
• While managing your own case load you may also work with others in the team on complex cases.
• You will be supported by the firm’s case management system with in-firm IT support.
• You will take part in business development activities with the support of others in the team and the marketing department in line with the team and firm’s business development strategy.
