Adkins and Cheurfi are looking to recruit chefs of all levels to join out expanding team of contract catering chefs in Newcastle and the surrounding area. We offer flexible working hours, predominately Monday-Friday, working in contact catering sites, schools, care homes, hotels, and restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Cooking food from scratch using fresh ingredients
- Ensuring food hygiene procedures are followed and kitchen cleanliness is maintained at all times
- Food labeling
- Food prep
- Stock ordering/Stock control
Requirements/Skills:
- 2+ years chef experience
- Level 2 food hygiene
- Own transport is desirable
- Must have own chef whites and knives
