Chef de Partie/Breakfast Chef – Northumberland

Adkins & Cheurfi are recruiting for a Chef de Partie/Breakfast Chef to work in a beautiful countryside pub restaurant in the Northumberland countryside

As breakfast chef, you will be responsible for the full breakfast service and management of the kitchen during the opening up each morning of the kitchen, predominately working 0600 until 2 pm.

As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the daily lunch and evening service by assisting with the setup and preparation of the pub restaurant.

Working with a young and energetic team you will have worked within kitchens at Commi/CDP level or above and may be looking for the opportunity to work in a high standard kitchen.
