Please note all roles are above minimum wage and are based on 40-hour contracts. Key responsbilities and attributes are as follows:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Proven track record in a similar role, preferably in high-end restaurants or hotels.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification from an accredited institution.
- Food Safety and Hygiene certification.
- Excellent culinary skills and a creative flair for innovative dishes.
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
