We are looking for experinced food counter service assistants and supervisors to work busy staff canteens.
We have both full and part time shifts available working over 6 days all daytime hours
This is a customer facing role so we are looking for people with excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Work on the busy front counter taking orders and serving food to the customers
- Taking both cash and card payments using a computerised system
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area
- Must have experince of using a computerised till system
- Must have counter service experince
Skills:
- – Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
- – Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- – Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations
