Breakfast Chef wanted for a luxury country estate in Chester-le Street
Adkins & Cheurfi are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Breakfast Chef for a busy hotel in County Durham.
40 hours per week
5 days per week
£24,000 – £26,000 per annum
About you:
· Ability to work under pressure
· Team Player
· Experience working with high volume fresh food
Your main responsibilities will include:

Mon / Fri (6am start – 2pm finish)

Preparing / cooking breakfast for orders

Food prep for lunch service

Adhering to all health and safety procedures of working in a kitchen

Food labelling, stock control
Requirements and Skills:

Reliable
-
2+ years hotel chef experience
-
Must be able to cook a variety of egg-based recipes to a high standard

Team Player
