We are currently seeking a Breakfast Chef to support an award-winning kitchen team located at the iconic “Home of Golf” in St Andrews, Scotland. The ideal candidate will bring a background of reliability and have a genuine passion for fresh, high-standard food. As the role says, all evenings off, and this role is fit for the early bird.

The Role

Dare we say it, covering breakfast services

Assist the team in daily kitchen operations

Lead and support junior team members during shifts

Ensure consistently high standards in food preparation and presentation

Contribute to menu development using seasonal, local ingredients

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety in all kitchen areas

Take charge in the absence of more senior chefs

The Person

Experience working in a 2 AA Rosette or 3 AA Rosette environment (required)

Strong all-round cooking skills; pastry/baking experience is a plus

Ability to lead a section and supervise junior staff

Positive, professional attitude and strong team ethic

Must be eligible to work in the UK
