Supporting young people within our area has always been a core value of A&C, we offer a career path to our apprentices, giving them the option to progress to trainee recruiter into a recruitment consultant role which would then result in a recruitment qualification, alternatively, the apprentices can progress within the finance department and gain qualifications in that field.

We’re delighted to share the recent success of our three apprentices, Deni, Chloe & Luci-jo.

Deni, who originally joined the team as a business apprentice, quickly realised that her passion was numbers and wanted to follow an accountancy path.  Deni started to study her AAT accounting qualification and we’re delighted she has now passed her first year exam.  Huge congratulations from the whole team!

Luci-jo and Chloe also joined the company as business apprentices and were inspired by the recruitment industry.  They were promoted to trainee recruitment consultants and following their hard work were subsequently promoted again to recruitment consultants.  They are now both studying for the REC exam (Recruitment & Employment Confederation), demonstrating their commitment to the industry and the A&C business.  Good luck to the ladies for the exam, which takes place in August, we’re sure you’ll be fantastic!
