We are thrilled to announce the expansion of Adkins & Cheurfi with the opening of our new branch in Edinburgh, marking a significant milestone in our journey. This exciting development comes after another successful year in our native Sunderland and surrounding areas, where we have firmly established ourselves as a leading recruitment agency specialising in the hospitality, legal, and commercial sectors.
Founded in 2016 by Dean Adkins and Melika Cheurfi, our agency has always been driven by a vision to match top talent with leading employers. The decision to open a branch in Edinburgh was inspired by the city’s vibrant hospitality scene, rich history and cultural significance. Edinburgh’s dynamic market presents an ideal opportunity for us to bring our expertise to Scotland, addressing the increasing demand for quality staff which, in turn, helps drive up wages and create new opportunities for both employees and businesses.
The expansion into Scotland is not just a growth opportunity for us but also aligns with our mission to innovate within the recruitment industry. In tandem with our expansion, we are also celebrating the growth of our team with new appointments and well-deserved promotions. We welcome Rebecca Dawson as our new Finance Assistant and Ami Harvey as a Recruitment Consultant. Additionally, we are proud to announce the promotions of Lucy Connolly to Business Development Manager and Jak Thompson to Divisional Manager for our Hospitality team.
