Family Legal Secretary

£22k - 24k per year

Family Legal Secretary Sunderland up to 24K

Looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Family department within a fast growing prestigious Law Firm.

Main Responsibilities:-

Managing data/records

• Understanding and utilising basic financial information including bills to clients Assisting with the inception, progress and completion of client files

• Communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing

• Practice good file management – prepare and collate bundles, take and file accurate notes, close and review files, maintain databases, version control

• Establish and maintain effective and professional relations with clients, referrers and other people

• Assist other members of the family team as appropriate

• Provide cover when others are absent

• Taking on other reasonable duties as required

• Organise, initiate, plan, prioritise and manage work activities to ensure that they are completed efficiently, on time and to an appropriate standard, both in relation to their own work and work that they lead or supervise

• Keep, use and maintain accurate, complete and clear records
