Assistant legal Cashier Sunderland

Looking to recruit a Junior Legal Cashier to work alongside the senior Legal cashier in assisting with all the Law Firms Accounts. 

Main Responsibilities:-

Responsibilities

• Office & Client bank reconciliations.
• Client receipts and electronic payment preparation.
• Banking of cheques.
• Credit card postings and reconciliations.
• Invoice processing and review.
• Assisting with working capital management write-offs, disbursements and credit note requests.
• Supplier invoice processing and payments.
• Expense claim processing and payments.
• Responding to Finance queries.
• Assisting with report preparation and distribution e.g., costs and residual balances.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a Law Firm and have an understanding of Solicitors Accounts.
