This Michelin-recommended, 2 AA Rosette inn is renowned for its exceptional cuisine, crafted from the finest seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious chef to further their career in a dynamic, high-quality kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
– Take responsibility for your section, preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards.
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal and innovative menu offerings.
– Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
– Support and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.
– Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have:
– A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Chef de Partie – preferably with a rosette background.
– Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
– Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
– A genuine passion for creating outstanding dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
