What do you love most about working in the recruitment industry?
You create relationships with clients and candidates, it is very rewarding when everyone is happy with the placements.
What’s the best part about being a member of the Adkins & Cheurfi team?
Sociable- with working with everyone in the office and having a good atmosphere, and also speaking to candidates & clients every day. It makes each day different as well as improving your mood being in a positive working environment.
Can you share a memorable moment or success story from your time at Adkins & Cheurfi?
I had a new candidate who I had registered and placed into two different jobs, both clients loved him and wanted to offer him a perm role after a week of having him.
What’s the most important quality you look for in a candidate?
Reliability, there is nothing worse than being let down last minute and time after time. There is a real balance between providing as many opportunities as possible to candidates as well as protecting the relationship with the client.
What’s a fun fact about you that not many people know?
I have worked in Cyprus,Greece,Spain,France and Guernsey. I love to travel and working as well is a bonus.
Outside of work, what’s your favourite way to unwind?
I enjoy reading, especially a good thriller and taking my dog on long walks.
