We are looking for a confident and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of a busy restaurant service. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the restaurant team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Host and coordinate the dining experience, creating memorable moments for guests.
- Provide expert recommendations on our wine list, enhancing the guest experience.
- Deputise for the Hotel General Manager, maintaining high standards of service.
- Collaborate with suppliers and hotel teams to ensure smooth operations.
