Main Responsibilities:-
- Audio typing
- Scanning documents
- Maintenance of files
- Liaising with clients and other professionals
- Diary management
- Preparing legal documents General administration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience of working in a legal setting, specifically working in Wills, Trusts & Probate
- Strong IT and admin skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Hardworking, diligent and self-motivated
- Adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively
- Good organisation skills
