Quality Technician Seaham Salary 23K-25k
As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tests on the raw materials and finished products. You will be also responsible for preparing and maintain test records and suggesting improvements in the processes where required.

Main Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming supplies to conform with material specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality & adherence to customer specification and quality standards
- Generate & maintain the quality & test records.
- Work closely with production on process improvements and overall product quality.
- Maintain calibration of quality control equipment.
- Resolve quality issues.
- Control of non-conforming product.
- Samples preparation.
- Work according to the Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Making sure the testing area is clean and hygienic
- Documenting quality anomalies and errors
- Reporting any production failure to the Quality Manager.
- Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Production Industry mandatory/ Quality Department would be beneficial.
- Problem solving skills
- Maths/Computer literature
- A team player or ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Understanding and knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- A keen eye for details for accuracy
- Knowledge of GMP standard would be beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills
